Your files

Files you upload are stored temporarily on our server only to perform the conversion. Both the uploaded file and the converted file are deleted automatically, normally about 30 minutes after the conversion finishes, and the original upload is removed as soon as the conversion ends. We do not look at, copy, sell or share your files, and we do not use them to train any models.

Information we collect

Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use a shortened one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse (for example the number of conversions running at once). We do not require an account and do not ask for your name or email address.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

We show advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings or opt out at aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If we enable Google Analytics, it collects anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and country.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message for ads and cookies where required.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
